Workshops
The target group - students and teachers of art and visual culture, members of the artistic community, will be engaged to identify and discuss gender issues in the universities and in the artist community in general. They will discuss measures to improve the situation together with the Swedish team.

It all began at monday morning.

Our program for the next three days was as following:

• Day 1- lectures
• Day 2 and 3 for workshops

On the first day we got a little deeper acquainted with Sweden and its culture. We learned that in Stockholm there is very similar to our faculty, which surprised me pleasantly and it became even more interesting to listen to professors and at that time former graduate student of Konstfack Iryna Hauska. They also shared with us their observations and ideas, which they had on the project. Before we left home, we received a homework assignment: "Bring some magazines from home with pictures or photos, but you need to choose from 2 to 5 pieces." that got me wondering “what we will do tomorrow...

The next day we all gathered in the assembly hall and got divided into small groups of 4-5 people. Chaotically, as they wanted. You-there, and you-there. This alarmed me, because I had now to work with people whom I absolutely did not know. But my worries calmed down a little, when my groupmate Marina got to my team. After talking with my team for a day, I calmed down, because there were very interesting people. After everyone was divided into groups, we got explained what we would do. And the meaning of the workshop was to choose two pictures from each participant in which you could find references to gender inequality. The task at first glance is not hard at all, but there were many things to be taken into account and described. The task took very long time to implement. When the set time was up, we again gathered in the assembly hall to show the results of our work. Listening to the groups was very interesting, they found such things in simple pictures, which really made them look differently, so everyone coped well, my group is not an exception. It was funny that we, not realizing this ourselves, picked up the images so that on each of them there was something pink. Such a coincidence.

The 3rd and last day.

On the last day we had an equally fascinating task.

We were again divided into groups, but this time we with my girlfriends decided to try to work together and we were allowed to do it. And the assignment was as following:

Each team got two cards to write tasks on for the other team (the name of the team that we gave the assignments to was indicated on the envelope).

On one card, there is written what groups must do, on the second, that \ "IN NO EVENT SHOULD BE DONE!" And the team that will receive these tasks will have to do all this in the most creative way and at the end each team should have a video report of the whole process. This probably was the most fun job. Personally, for this time I managed to go with my friends to school for someone else's child, as if he were ours. lie on a bench at a bus stop, hug passers-by * among which were our guests). Other students took and carried packets of other people, skated in carts for food, played in "the floor is lava" and much more. But unfortunately we did not have time to edit our videos, so we just showed the footage, but I do not think that it was completely bad. The main thing was that everyone could see our idea and everyone understood what we wanted to say with this.

These three days flew by so quickly that we did not notice how it was time to say goodbye to our guests. But we all know and hope that this was not our last meeting.

Началось все в понедельник утром.

Наша программа на эти три дня была такой:

• 1 день- лекции
• 2 и 3- дни для воркшопов

В первый день мы чуть глубже познакомились с Швецией и ее культурой. Мы узнали, что в Стокгольме есть очень похожий на наш факультет, что меня приятно удивило и стало еще интереснее слушать профессоров и уже на тот момент бывшую выпускницу Констфака Ирину Хауска. Они так же поделились с нами  своими наблюдениями и идеями, которые у них были по теме проекта. 

Перед тем как уйти домой,мы получили домашнее задание: "Принести из дома какие-нибудь журналы с картинками или фотографии,но нужно выбрать от 2 до 5 штук". Мне стало интересно,чем же мы займемся завтра...

На следующий день мы все собрались  в актовом зале и нас начали делить на маленькие группы по 4-5 человек. Хаотично, так как им хотелось. Ты-туда, а ты-туда. Это насторожило меня, ведь мне придется работать с людьми которых я совершенно не знаю. Но мое волнение немного утихло, когда ко мне в команду попала моя одногруппница Марина. Пообщавшись со своей командой на день, я успокоилась, ведь там оказались очень интересные люди. После того как все были разбиты на группы, нам объяснили что мы будем делать. А суть воркшопа была в том. чтобы от каждого участника в группе было выбрано две картинки в которых есть какие-то отсылки к гендерном неравенству. Задание на первый взгляд не трудое, но в нем было много пунктов которые нужно было учесть и описать. Мы провозились с ним очень долго. Когда установленное время истекло мы снова все собрались в актовом зале,чтобы показать результаты нашей работы. Слушать группы было очень интересно, они находили такие вещи в простых картинках, что действительно заставляло взглянуть на них иначе, так что все справились на ура, моя группа не исключение. Забавным было то,что мы, не осознав этого сами, подобрали изображения так,что на каждом из них было что-то розовое. Такое вот совпадение.

День 3 и последний.

В последний день у нас было не менее увлекательное задание. 

Нас снова поделили на группки, но в этот раз мы с подружками решили попробовать работать вместе и нам разрешили это сделать. А задание было таким:

у каждой команды есть две карточки, на которых они должны написать задания для другой команды (название команды, которой ты отдаешь задание было указано на конверте).

На одной карточке написано то,что они обязательно должны выполнить,  на второй то что \"НИ В КОЕМ СЛУЧАЕ НЕЛЬЗЯ ДЕЛАТЬ!" А команда которая получит эти задания, должна будет все это выполнить максимально креативно и в итоге у каждой команды должен быть видео отчет всего процесса. Это наверное было самым веселым заданием. Лично я за это время успела сходить с подружками в школу за чужим ребенком, будто бы он наш. полежать на лавочке на остановке, обнимать прохожих*в числе которых оказались и наши гости).  Другие студенты, брали и несли пакеты других людей,  катались в тележках для продуктов, играли в "пол-это лава" и многое другое. Но к огромному сожалению мы не успели смонтировать наши ролики, поэтому мы просто показывали отснятый материал, но я не думаю,что это было совсем уже плохо. Главное, что всем была видна наша идея и все понимали, что мы хотели сказать.

Эти три дня пролетели так быстро, что мы и не заметили как пришло время прощаться с нашими гостями. Но все мы знаем и надеемся на то,что это была наша не последняя встреча.
